What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?
All Fafrees e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or cosmetic damage. Second-hand, modified bikes, and free gifts included with your order are not covered.
For added peace of mind, we have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection, a paid shipping insurance service available at checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, partially missing, or damaged during transit, with claims handled directly by Xcotton. You can review the full terms here.
In addition, Fafrees offers extended warranty plans through Xcotton for accidental damage and product issues, including one-time battery replacement for natural degradation. Really easy to ride. Feels secure and safe with an electric motor that is silent and very useful for the hills. Doesnโt fold as compactly as I hoped but will still go in the boot of the car. Itโs quite heavy to lift but that is the only downside

Die Montage war sehr einfach und das Bike lรคuft wie versprochen sehr gut....zu gut!
Ich hรคtte gern fรผnf eStufen von 5 bis 25 kmh. Nicht immer kann oder will man ab 15 kmh fahren! Die drei Stufen harmonieren leider nicht mit den sieben Gรคngen. Maximal optimal fรคhrt man Stufe zwei mit Gang 6 und 7! Bei Stufe drei tritt man gefรคhrlich ins Leere! Display und/oder Controller lassen sich nicht neu einrichten. Der Support antwortet zwar, ist aber unlesbar da die Email mit asiatischen Schriftzeichen รผberschrieben ist! Werde mir eine geeignete Werkstatt zum Umbau suchen. Die Garantie erlischt dann...egal!
Schade, dass die Komponenten nicht harmonieren und der Support nicht hilfreich ist! Sonst gern mehr Sterne!

Aufbau ging sehr gut . Und ist nicht kompliziert . Mein Mann hat als erster es getestet und ersaht cooles Rad .. den hinteren Sitz habe ich entfernt fรผr ein Korb .was fรผr mich zum Vorteil ist . Ich persรถnlich hatte ein paar Tage gebraucht um mich an das fahr Gefรผhl zu gewรถhnen. Da ich ein Mensch bin der nicht schnell fรคhrt . Und habe es nur gekauft da ich Schmerzen und meine Knie es nicht schaffen zutreten mit einen normalen Fahrrad. Und jetzt ist es sehr entspannt beim fahren . Leichter .
Der Zusammenbau war einfach.
Die Anleitung war gut.
Habe im Vorwege schon die Anleitung runtergeladen und gelesen.
รberrascht war ich von der Kraft mit der ich die Hรผgel rauffahren konnte.
An den fehlenden Rรผcktritt habe ich mich jetzt gewรถhnt, vorher hatte ich nur Nabenschaltung.
Die Akkuleistung muss sich erst beweisen.

Superbe vรฉlo, assistance rรฉguliรจre, batterie endurante : parfait pour de longues sorties sur route comme sur chemins roulants. La position est stable, le freinage rassure, on part loin sans compter les kilomรจtres.
Point dโattention si lโon est petitยทe : je mesure 1,55 m et, selle au plus bas, jโai du mal ร poser les pieds ร plat. Je roule donc avec des baskets ร semelle รฉpaisse (5 cm) pour รชtre ร lโaise aux arrรชts.
Cรดtรฉ confort, la selle est annoncรฉe moelleuse ; pas pour moi. Jโai ajoutรฉ un dessus de selle en gel et un short rembourrรฉ, ce qui change tout sur les longues sorties.
Conclusion : un VAE endurant et agrรฉable que je recommande pour les balades au long cours. Si vous faites moins dโ1,60 m ou รชtes sensible de lโassise, testez la hauteur et prรฉvoyez un complรฉment de confort.
Nos deux vรฉlos . Lโancien ( 1an et 650 kms) et le nouveau รฉquipรฉ du porte tรฉlรฉphone, porte bagage adaptรฉ pour รชtre posรฉ dans le sens longitudinal (temps de pose 2 mn) .
Jโadore ce vรฉlo , polyvalent avec ses pneus en 20x3 ร crampons, son poids de 26 kg et son encombrement permettent de les transporter facilement dans la voiture. Jโai rajoutรฉ un tube de selle avec amortisseur commandรฉ sur un autre site car le site Fafree pour les accessoires est vraiment mal fait. Je recherche des freins hydrauliques mais lร aussi je vais aller voir ailleurs.
Livraison du vรฉlo en 5 jours , super bien emballรฉ et protรฉgรฉ. Le vรฉlo a รฉtรฉ testรฉ avant expรฉdition car il arrive avec 400 m au compteur. Trรจs bien.
