What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?
All Fafrees e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or cosmetic damage. Second-hand, modified bikes, and free gifts included with your order are not covered.
For added peace of mind, we have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection, a paid shipping insurance service available at checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, partially missing, or damaged during transit, with claims handled directly by Xcotton. You can review the full terms here.
In addition, Fafrees offers extended warranty plans through Xcotton for accidental damage and product issues, including one-time battery replacement for natural degradation. Runs great. Only issue is that the rearwheel wasn't straight and the brake disc bent as well making a squeeking noise everytime the wheel spin. It was like this when unpacked. After some work with tools it now runs great. A bonus is that it has twist-throttle which works even without using feet. Strong enough uphill for medium hills. Battery seems good.

Ich habe mir das Fahrrad eigentlich gekauft, damit ich es mit in den Urlaub nehmen kann. Da es mir aber so Spaร macht, fahre ich es jetzt regelmรครig. Preis-Leistung ist top fรผr ein kleines Klapprad.
Zwei kleinere Kritikpunkte habe ich aber dennoch: 1. Der Sattel war fรผr mich zu hart auf lรคngerer Strecke und ich habe ihn getauscht. 2. Der Sattel ist nicht klappbar. So muss man zum Entnehmen des Akkus die Sattelstange lรถsen und danach wieder auf die Kรถrpergrรถsse einstellen.
Trotzdem bin ich wirklich begeistert von dem Fahrrad.

Ik heb de ebike nu 4 dagen, hij werkt meer als een scooter, ik fiets eigenlijk niet. Volledig ondersteund kan ik 40 km halen. Het is hier heuvelachtig, hij trekt mij met gemak over de heuvels. Hij gaat op stand 1 15 km, op stand 2 18 km, en op stand 3 25 km per uur. Het is nog best zwaar om in de auto of bus te tillen. Ik maak mij zorgen om regenachtige dagen, ze schrijven dat hij daar niet tegenkan. Nederland is toch een nat land. Misschien met een poncho. Ik vind het stuur niet comfortabel genoeg, maar ik heb snel last van pijntjes. Ik ben heel tevreden met de fiets, ik wilde graag een die het werk voor mij doet, dat is zo!
