What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?
All Fafrees e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or cosmetic damage. Second-hand, modified bikes, and free gifts included with your order are not covered.
For added peace of mind, we have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection, a paid shipping insurance service available at checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, partially missing, or damaged during transit, with claims handled directly by Xcotton. You can review the full terms here.
In addition, Fafrees offers extended warranty plans through Xcotton for accidental damage and product issues, including one-time battery replacement for natural degradation. Bike ok for normal weight men and women under 82 kg.
Battery is awesome, you can drive on throttle with very less peddling upto 5 hours straight with still capacity of 1 last point left. Approximately it easily surpasses 6 hours.
Frame is ok not to soft not too sturdy.
Bike comes with front and back stand which is miracle.
Bike also have spare tube, nuts bolts and brake pads.
Overall 5/5 in performance
5/5 in battery
4/5 in Frame Strength
3/5 tyres because they are really thin and have low traction in rain.

Solide fiets, alleen jammer dat je niet de snelheidslimiet van 25 km/uur kunt verhogen en je niet met de gashendel tot deze ingestelde snelheidslimiet met volledige assist kunt fietsen.
Ik heb namelijk geen bewegingsvrijheid met mijn rechterheup.

Per adesso, mi trovo molto bene con la bicicletta acquistata 2 settimane fa. L'unico problema che ho avuto รจ stato il fatto che nemmeno un mese dopo aver iniziato ad usare la bicicletta, ho bucato una delle ruote. Ovviamente non penso sia colpa della bicicletta, ma trovo stranno che un copertone nuovo sia di gia cosi fragile.
La bicicletta nel suo complesso รจ ottima. Molto leggera da pedalare anche senza l'aiuto del motore, il montaggio รจ stato un po' laborioso, ma abbastanza semplice per me. La batteria dura anche molto di piu della batteria della e-bike che avevo prima, anche se le batterie sarebbero praticamente uguale. Le velocitร delle diverse potenze del motore e l'autonomia sono in linea con le mie necessitร , forse anche un po' di piu di quanto mi aspettavo.
Falsche Farbe nach Kauf erhalten und Sattelrohr viel zu klein fรผr das Sitzrohr gewesen, Adapter zu bekommen war lรคstig wegen seltener Sondergrรถรe.
Sollte eigentlich alles von Anfang an passen aber der Support hat leider auch teils sehr generisch geantwortet, als ob man mit einer KI spricht.

Me encanta la bicicleta pero he tenido 2 problemas y el vendedor no me contesta a mis emails, uno de ellos es con el cambio de marchas, al ir bajando de marchas no entran y el otro es que ha llegado roto la pieza que va en la parte interna del faro.
He enviado varios emails al vendedor tanto en espaรฑol como en inglรฉs y no me contesta, estoy descontenta con el servicio postventa.
24/11/25: Edito la reseรฑa, por fin me han enviado el faro que llegรณ roto en el transporte han tardado un poco pero me lo han solucionado.
Es ist Gelรคndetauglich, der Fahrradkorb sehr belastbar. Mein Sohn ist genauso begeistert!!! Er hatte sich ein viel teureres gekauft und bereut es jetzt ein wenig.
Ein tolles Bike mit Rahmenkorb. Gute Unterstรผtzung durch den Motor. Leichtlรคufige Schaltung. Alles ist gut aufeinander abgestimmt.
Auรerdem ist es auch ohne Unterstรผtzung wie ein normales Fahrrad zu fahren.
Superschรถnes Bike, die Montage ist sehr einfach und schnell erledigt. Nur der Frontkorb ist etwas frickelig zusammenzubauen.
Es fรคhrt sich super leicht und hat eine angenehme Unterstรผtzung.
Zu Beginn ist es etwas ungewohnt, dass der Frontkorb am Rahmen montiert ist und deswegen die Lenkerbewegung nicht mitgeht. Aber daran gewรถhnt man sich schnell.
Also das Fahrrad an sich ist sehr gut und fรผr den Preis auch gerechtfertigt.
Jedoch gibt es ein Stern Abzug weil beim fahren die Bremsen schleifen diese kann man jedoch bei einer Fachwerkstatt machen lassen und der Sitz ist ziemlich unbequem bzw Stein Hard da nicht gefedert.

It was a very quick delivery to Sweden (10 days). Everything was carefully packed and labelled. Easy to assemble just using the printed instructions inside the box. The bike is riding well, however, this is my first electric bike and I cannot compare. I think the greatest advantage is that it is quite light. The netto weight was 36 kg, and without battery, it is not heavier than a normal bike. You can easily carry it from place to place (but some ebikes you can only roll to park them ). I can even take it upstairs (I am non-sportish woman). The frame is very elegant and the black satin color looks luxury.
