What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?
All Fafrees e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or cosmetic damage. Second-hand, modified bikes, and free gifts included with your order are not covered.
For added peace of mind, we have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection, a paid shipping insurance service available at checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, partially missing, or damaged during transit, with claims handled directly by Xcotton. You can review the full terms here.
In addition, Fafrees offers extended warranty plans through Xcotton for accidental damage and product issues, including one-time battery replacement for natural degradation. Besser wรคre, wenn die Stรคrke der Unterstรผtzung (NW), mit den Stufen eingestellt werden kรถnnte und die Unterstรผtzung immer bis 25 km funktioniert.
3. Ohne Unterstรผtzung ist das Bike wegen des Widerstandes im Radnabenmotors nahezu unfahrbar.
4. Die Vorderradbremse ist auch nach ca 150 km immer noch nicht besonders gut - auf jeden Fall verbesserungswรผrdig
5. Sattel rutscht mitunter ab. Man kan den Bรผgel nicht stramm genug einstellen. Vielleicht wรคre ein Gummi zwischen Sattelrohr und Rahmenfรผhrung hilfreich, weil dann nicht Metall auf Metall reibt.

Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Das Rad scheint auf den ersten Blick und bei einer ersten Testfahrt in Ordnung. Den Gashebel kann man ganz einfach entkoppeln.
The bike performs well even in colder weather. I ride almost every day, and the battery still holds up nicely. Brakes are responsive and give me confidence in traffic.
