Safety
We use high-quality battery cells; the protection board can prevent overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit, and ensure long service life. For safety and quality, choose a reliable brand battery.
Maintenance
- If you don't need to use the battery for a long time, charge it up to about 75% capacity. At 75%, the battery will degrade less than at higher charge levels.
- Monthly check the battery's charge level once a month and charge it up to 75%.
- Store the battery indoors in a dry space, away from heat or flame sources, and out of direct sunlight.
Charging
- The battery can be charged while it is attached or detached from the e-bike. (You can remove the battery by inserting the key into the lock on the side face of the battery slide. To lock the battery, insert the key into the lock on the side face of the battery slide.)
- Use the original charger to charge the battery.
- Only charge the battery indoors in dry spaces which are not excessively hot or cold.
- Ensure there is no dirt or debris nearby when using the charger. Keep the charging port clean and dry. Wipe the dust around it periodically.
- When charging the battery, first connect the charger with the battery end, and then plug the charger into power.
- The light on the charger will be red when the battery is charging and will turn green when charging has finished.
- Avoid leaving the charger plugged in when the battery is fully charged.
- Do not charge the battery if you notice the battery is damaged, excessively hot, leaking, smelly, or discolored.
- Charging the battery should take approximately 5-6 hours if the battery is mostly empty.
- Battery charging times may increase with battery age and usage.
Safety
- Do NOT submerge the battery in a liquid of any kind.
- Do NOT use any metal to touch the charging port, that will cause a short-circuit.
- Turn off the battery when not in use and before removing it from the e-bike.
- Only grab the charger by the plug and not the cable when plugging and unplugging from the wall.
- If the battery has trouble charging, discontinue charging and contact Fafrees immediately.
Note: Lithium-Ion batteries can be dangerous. Take care when using and charging your battery. Failure to follow the above guidelines could result in damage to property and/or serious injury.

Hallo,die Batterie ist da und voll funktionsfähig.Leider wurde durch den Transport die Abdeckung beschädigt.Ich habe Fafrees benachrichtigt und auch Fotos gesendet .
Hat wie immer gut geklappt
geladen und die erste längere tour gemacht,rein raus nehmen abschließen alles funktioniert wie es soll
Der Akku mitsamt dem tollen Fahrrad ist von der Gesamtqalität ausgezeichnet und ist sehr gut alltagstauglich. Besonders im Auto und Wohnmobil platzsparend. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Très heureux d'avoir reçu la batterie supplémentaire qui me permet de doubler l'autonomie de 110 km à 220 km à pleine puissance donc de 180 à 360 km à puissance bridée autorisée. Merci.

Hält circa 2 Tage der Akku wenn ich nicht viel fahre dann ist er leer, könnte ruhig länger durchhalten, aber im großen und ganzen bin ich zufrieden.
sinceramente non ho trovato altrove una batteria così capiente da allungare di molto i miei percorsi in bicicletta, quindi sono veramente soddisfatto, anche la bici è meravigliosa, dopo 2 mesi che la uso quotidianamente.
J'aurais deux petits critiques concernant ce produit. J'ai commandé mon vélo équipé d'une batterie en même temps que celle-ci. J'ai donc maintenant deux batteries identiques. Et j'aurais aimé n'avoir qu'un seul jeu de clé pour les deux. juste une question de praticité. Et d'autre part que le bargraph sur la batterie servent à savoir l'évolution de la charge.

Passt und funtioniert gut
I am overall satisfied with this bike. Battery's performance is nice. But I faced problem to find out 20*3 inch bike tire, especially winter tire.

Ich war so begeistert von meinem F20 Max Fatbike , doch die Begeisterung ist dahin , der Akku hat nach 3 Jahren den Geist aufgeben , habe ich in einer Werkstatt prüfen lassen , daher musste ich einen neuen bestellen .
Ottima batteria di ricambio perfetta grande autonomia
Batterij is bijna dezelfde, maar... natuurlijk zijn er veranderingen aan deze nieuwe batterij. Zoals de stekker om op te laden is gans anders en er word geen aanpassing adapter bij gegeven. Dus die moet je bestellen of zelf gaan ombouwen?Voor de rest ok!
Es gibt jede Menge Billigakkus. Mir war das Original viel lieber, weil er super passt und ich davon ausgehe, dass er von besserer Qualität ist.

Alles ist perfekt. Düse mit dem neuen Akku schon einige Zeit sehr zufrieden durch die Landschaft
Ich hab den Akku noch nicht ausprobiert. Er soll für längere Fahrten dabei sein. Das ebike ist Spitze, ich binvv b schon 2500 km gefahren.
