Aufbau war sehr gut vorbereitet. Alles hat gepasst. Einfache uns schnelle Endmontage. Leider ein bißchen zuviel Verpackungsmüll. Könnte überarbeitet werden

Lieferzeit etwas lange, aber ansonsten OK
Leider für große Menschen ab 185cm zu klein.
The Fafrees FF20 Polar HS. It was very well packaged. Various parts were secured with cable ties and protected by multiple layers of Styrofoam. Accessories were packed separately in boxes, which were also secured to prevent them from shifting.

Top bike mit strassenzulassung
Durch den großen Korb ist der Fahrrichtungsanzeiger verdeckt. Es wäre sinnvoll mit dem großen Korber eine Halterung für die Blinker und ein Verlängerungkabel mitzuliefern. So wäre es absolut spitze.
ihr habt keine Schuld, das Päckchen war aufgerissen und der Schlauch wurde entwendet. Ich habe neu bestellt. Evtl. Karton statt Folie verwenden.

Teile in Ordnung gerne mal wieder.
Ich kann die "Shipping Protection" sehr empfehlen. Leider wurde das Paket beim Versand beschädigt, was natürlich nicht gerade toll ist, aber es wurde sich daraufhin Zeit genommen, um sich ein Bild des Schadens zu machen und diesen möglichst schnell zu beheben. Ein Ersatzteil wurde nach Rücksprache problemlos geliefert und der Kontakt per Mail verlief sehr zuvorkommend! Vielen Dank nochmals! :-)

Horrible experience! I’ve ordered the fafrees f20 lasting in color haze blue in November but I’ve received the wrong color. At first fafrees suggest me to keep it and to give me a 20€ discount. I refuse because I’ve ordered the blue one not another color. So we had to arrange a pick up before proceeding to the shipping of the good order. Guess what, the year is coming to the end and I’ve still not received my order because of the incompetence of the customer service who made multiple mistakes. So I’m still waiting and I doubt that I’ll receive my bike before the end of the year due to the bank holidays. So cannot recommend anyone to buy something from this company which is not serious and not focused on its customers.

Ich habe bei Fafrees einen neuen Controller bestellt, den ich zeitnah geliefert bekam und in mein Fahrrad eingebaut habe. Endlich kann ich wieder mit diesem schönen Rad Touren machen. Produit identique , fonctionnement parfait.
The replacement bicycle display is the same as the original that I I have on my tricycle. Is there a years garentte on this item . The old one is still working but the top plastic has come away from its body . The unit doe's not like to be left out in the sunshine.it melted the glue holding it together.
