What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?
All Fafrees e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or cosmetic damage. Second-hand, modified bikes, and free gifts included with your order are not covered.
For added peace of mind, we have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection, a paid shipping insurance service available at checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, partially missing, or damaged during transit, with claims handled directly by Xcotton. You can review the full terms here.

Provata in emergenza sotto un acquazzone, anche se non si dovrebbe, si รจ comportata egregiamente. Luci perfette . Posso solo aggiungere un consiglio per i costruttori, sarebbero graditi due mini parafanghi anche di quelli economici.

Nu reeds 5 jaar in het bezit van hailong one, en nog altijd super tevreden. Ook gebruikt in extreme offload gebieden. Nu pas is mijn battery pas aan het minderen na opladen in afstand. Momenteel op zoek naar reserve battery.

Die Verarbeitung ist fรผr diesen Preis echt super.
Die Montage ist recht einfach und kann von jedem, der ein wenig Fingerfertigkeit besitzt durchgefรผhrt werden.
Die Beschreibung und auch die Steuerung sind einfach verstรคndlich.
Ich empfehle hier einen Reifendruck von 3,5 bis 4 Bar.
Der Motor zieht sauber und gleichmรครig an, nicht so ruckartig wie bei anderen.
Das Einzige, was ich tatsรคchlich etwas ausrichten musste, waren die Scheibenbremsen. Nicht erschrecken, diese Bremsen zu anfangs nicht so gut, was jedoch normal ist. Sind die Bremsen eingefahren, ist die Bremsleistung vรถllig in Ordnung.
Im ganzen eine absolute Empfehlung.
Shipping was very fast, putting it together was good fun. (Back in the day I used work on scooters, so setting this up felt very similar, I do recommend buying some additional tools, because what you get in the box is workable but not longlasting.)
Brought some third party fenders and lights because the front light doesn't fit in it's place if you want a front fender.
I would recommend this vendor to sell fenders and a different front light, maybe for a additional 25-45 euro surcharge.

Die Fahrrad Kassette ist leicht verborgen bzw. das schwarze Blech was aber keine Beeintrรคchtigung hat und die Kette nicht runter springt.

Very well packaged when it arrived. Easy to assemble
with my own tools. Great ride but the brakes are dangerous. Put some quality pads in and they seem better. The hand throttle doesnt seem to do much. Not riden it enough yet to comment any further.
