What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?
All Fafrees e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or cosmetic damage. Second-hand, modified bikes, and free gifts included with your order are not covered.
For added peace of mind, we have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection, a paid shipping insurance service available at checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, partially missing, or damaged during transit, with claims handled directly by Xcotton. You can review the full terms here.
In addition, Fafrees offers extended warranty plans through Xcotton for accidental damage and product issues, including one-time battery replacement for natural degradation. Tolles Bike. Habe es mit Transportboxen aufgerรผstet und sieht jetzt ein wenig nach Motorrad aus. Die Lampe habe ich tauschen mรผssen da in Deutschland alles nach StVO sein muss.
Der Motor ist stark, ich nutze es als Pedelec bis 25km.
Es ist gut konfigurierbar. Schade dass es nicht nach EU-Norm hergestellt wird, dann kรถnnte man es als E-Bike in Deutschland zulassen.
Trotzdem ich am Controller einen Fehler gehabt habe, kann ich das Bike und Fafrees nur empfehlen. Der Service hat prompt reagiert und mir einen neuen Controller geschickt. Alle sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super Bike und alles in allem top,allerdings wรคre ein Regenschutz fรผr den Akkuanschluss super gewesen. Alle anderen Verbindungen konnte ich sehr isolieren.
The gear shifter was bent at delivery โฌ35 to have it fixed, screw fell out of pedal shaft, and it has not the same power as my F20 Max wich is excellent. The F20 X-max is slow and have to bee lead uphill as there is just no power in it. Cant recomend this bike, Go for the F20 Max 500W instead, much better bike.
Die Lieferung kam sehr schnell, was erfreulich war, der Zusammenbau ging sehr flott von der Hand, alle Teile die angebaut werden mussten waren innerhalb von 30 min. montiert. Leider konnte ich durch ein Handikap das Rad noch nicht selbst testen, dass haben dann mein Schwager, meine Nichte und deren Mann รผbernommen und sie waren durch die Bank begeistert. Bei mir wird das noch ein bisschen dauern, bis ich es probieren kann.

Wer nach 55 Jahren Fahren auf einem 28 Zoll Fahrrad auf ein Fatbike (F20 X Max) umsteigt, muร neu Fahren lernen ! Habe Luftdruck auf 31 PSI aufgepumt. Super ist die wirklich gute Federung von Reifen und 3 x Federung! Das negative: (habe 100 Kilo Gewicht, 1,83 cm groร). Hier wackelt der Sattel, obwohl ich ihn fester angezogen habe. Der Sattel mรผรte weiter nach hinten eingestellt werden. Bei Steigungen geht er von 25 KMh auf 18 KMH zurรผck, das bei einem 750 Watt Motor ? Mein 6 Jahr altes "Radwagon" (auch 750 Watt), merkte die Steigung und schob wieder mit 25 KMH nach. Deshalb von mir keine 5 Sterne!

Livraison rapide, petit soucis au premiers tours de roue mais assistance sur le site vraiment formidable avec un super suivi (merci cici). Premiรจre balade agrรฉable avec un vรฉlo fait pour cela (campagne, bord de mer) , il passe partout, un super moteur au dรฉmarrage et de trรจs bonne suspension. Trop chouette, achat vraiment coup de cลur, trรจs diffรฉrent de mon ancien Vtt qui va rester au garage ...
C'est un trรจs bon vรฉlos qui souffre cependant de quelques dรฉfaut.
La fourche avant est beaucoup trop souple et surtout n'est pas rรฉglable, il est donc trรจs facile de venir en butรฉe avec cette fourche.
Le problรจme est inversรฉ avec les 2 amortisseurs arriรจre montรฉ sur un bras oscillant.
Chaque amortisseurs est tarรฉ a 1000LBS ce qui est beaucoup trop dur puisque qu'ils dispose de 2 amortisseurs !
Donc 2000 LBS en kilo cela reprรฉsente 907.184 kilos de pressions..... Autant dire de la folie...
Le dรฉbattement n'est que de 5 millimรจtres en forรงant !
C'est vraiment dommage que ce ne soit pas des amortisseurs pneumatiques, rรฉglable ce qui l'aurais rendu vraiment plus souple....
Sinon, c'est un bon vรฉlo qui offre une trรจs grande autonomies et le freinage est parfait !
I bought an ebike F20 X-Max from the fafreesebike.com. The delivery was fast. After the unpacking I noticed that some un-essentials items were missing. I contacted the Fafrees Support, and they responded immediately. Their communication and responsiveness is way above the other vendors. They send missing items in no time, and support me during the mounting. Now I enjoy pedaling or self-driving despite the winter here. Absolutelly 5 stars!
The bike arrived quickly and in the box everything was perfect. Easy to assemble once tested, it fully meets expectations. Customer service is quick and friendly in answering every question. What about a serious company at 360 degrees. I highly recommend Fafrees bike !!!

I bought a F20 X-Max electric mountain bike last march. The ebike arrived within a week of ordering. The front headlight had a connection problem and the after-sales service was perfect! Sent from China to France, in five days, I received a new headlight with the video tutorial to replace it. Fafrees was faster than an order made in France. Then I broke a pedal and Fafrees sent me a pedal for free, in one week! Customer service is perfect! Responsive and fast! Thank you Candice and Cici !
Das Fahrrad wurde vier Tage nach der Bestellung geliefert. Es war so gut verpackt, als wenn es sich um rohe Eier gehandelt hรคtte ๐๐! Es war mit wenigen Handgriffen fahrbereit. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden ๐!
