What is the warranty and after-sales service policy?
All Fafrees e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a 1-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or cosmetic damage. Second-hand, modified bikes, and free gifts included with your order are not covered.
For added peace of mind, we have partnered with Xcotton Shipping Protection, a paid shipping insurance service available at checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, partially missing, or damaged during transit, with claims handled directly by Xcotton. You can review the full terms here.
In addition, Fafrees offers extended warranty plans through Xcotton for accidental damage and product issues, including one-time battery replacement for natural degradation. La bicicleta esta bien, la batería es grande de 100 km, me vino con el cambio mal regulado tuve que arreglarlo y se despelucho el cable, el peso es excesivo para subirla al coche y manejarla, le falta una bolsa atrás para llevar agua, la cámara, las herramientas, guantes, gafas, bomba de aire. El plegado funciona bien y es fuerte, los materiales son buenos, el envío rápido. Pedí color negro no habia y lo cambiaron por azul, un detalle un poco feo después de pagar. El sistema de ayuda es un poco raro ya que va por tramos de velocidad, no es lineal como el de Decathlon. Con todo me parece una buena bicicleta para hacer muchos klm.
The bike is very good, the battery lasts a long time. I usually use it on power TWO. I've ridden 30 kilometers and it's dropped a bit, I could easily do 120 kilometers. It came with a defect in the shifting, but after an hour of work I was able to fix it. It's perfectly packaged. The worst part is the weight of moving it and putting it in the car, even with the battery removed. I don't really like the propulsion system, which goes through speeds set on power ONE-9, TWO-15, and THREE-25. I would have preferred linear power; well, you get used to it eventually. Thanks for the free gifts and discounts. If I were to buy again, I'd choose a smaller battery.

Hab noch das Sattelrohr mit grobem Schmirgelpapier aufgerauht damit er sich nicht dreht. Ladegerät wird beim laden sehr heiß.
In het begin had ik problemen met het slot van de accu en kreeg de sleutel niet op de "ON"-stand. Gelukkig hielp een beetje WD-40 lubricant.
Wat het fietsen betreft, ik ben helaas niet echt blij met de hulpstanden. Stand 2 is net te weinig hulp en stand 3 weer teveel voor mij, maar goed, dat is persoonlijk. Voor een ander is het misschien wel precies goed...

Dit is mijn derde Fafrees, maar mijn eerste was de beste.
Het verschil zit hem in versnellingen. De snelheid van stand 1 naar 2 is heel klein en je fietst veel te traag, niet leuk! en dan stand 3, is ineens veel sneller, overgang is te groot.
Das Bike macht einen soliden Eindruck. Es lässt sich leicht zusammen bauen. Das Packmaß ist klein, was zum Verstauen in unser Wohnmobil wichtig ist.
Leider ist es etwas zu schwer, auch ohne Akku. Die Unterstützungsstufen scheinen unwirksam . Der Motor unterstützt nur in der höchsten Stufe. Dazu haben wir den Support kontaktiert.

I mainly use it for short urban trips. The folding mechanism is solid, and nothing feels loose. It’s convenient and saves a lot of time compared to public transport.

Das Rad gefällt uns gut. Ein kleines Problem gibt es, der Ständer ist zu lang er läßt nicht noch kürzer einstellen.
Frage gibt es einen kürzeren damit das Rad besser abstellen lässt und nicht soleicht umfallen kann.
