I have a medical condition affecting my legs and balance and sadly can't drive or ride a two-wheeled bike any more. I've had my F20 Mate HS for three weeks now and it is life changing for me. I live right next to a cycle path and can now get out for some exercise and fresh air. I can also get to the local shop and doctors without having to rely on my wife or my mum for lifts. As for the trike, it's well built, easy to ride (once you realise that cornering on a trike is totally different to a two-wheel bike), electric assistance is perfect for me as is the option of fully electric if I need it. Brakes are very good., Accessories are also good, I got the fitted bags for the rear basket. The trike is very easy to assemble but the box is HUGE and heavy! Overall I couldn't be happier and wish I had bought one sooner.
Das ist das 4. Dreirad von Fafrees, es ist besonders gut für Anfänger. Es beschleunigt nicht so schnell. Egal ob ich eine Steigung hinauf fahre, oder auf flachen Fahrwege fahre, es fährt immer so schnell, wie ich es eingestellt habe.
Die Lieferung des Dreirades war sehr gut, der Spediteur hat mir das Trike auf die Terrasse gestellt und somit konnte ich entspannt den Zusammenbau durchführen. Alles hat gut funktioniert und war gut beschrieben. Das Zubehör war vollständig und gut zu gebrauchen. Die erste Probefahrt war schon eine Herausforderung. Man muss sich daran gewöhnen und üben. Aber wenn man es drauf hat dann macht es richtig Spass. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist wenn man in die 2. Stufe schaltet und in die Pedale tritt. Dann erschrickt man erst mal wie das Trike abgeht. Da wäre eine Anpassung in den Einstellungen hilfreich. Aber sonst bin ich begeistert. Vielen Dank

Praktisch und stabil.
Mycket nöjd härligt transportmedel stabil känns gedigen. Batteriet håller 50 km på full effekt. Ca hälften av vad som utlovats. Är pensionär känns tryggt tre hjul balansen. Gjort en lite sits därbak så frugan kan åka med. Bilen blir knappt använd nu. Lite problem i början men fick bra hjälp av supporten.
Das E-Dreirad war schnell zusammengebaut. Alles war super sorgfältig verpackt. Einzig eine Beschreibung zur Einstellung des Displays fehlt. Da muss ich noch herausfinden, wie es am besten für mich passt. Fahren üben muss ich auch noch, denn es lässt sich komplett anders händeln, wie ein Zweirad, vor allem in den Kurven. Da bedarf es etwas Gewöhnung und Übung. Ansonsten alles tipptopp und sehr empfehlenswert.
Gutes stabiles Rad, Verlängerskabel für Licht musste ich extra bestellen da es gefehlt hat, aber ansonst alles ok
Ein tolles Teil, was fehlt, ist zb. die Klingle die in Deutschland Pflicht ist. Beim zusammenbauen war alles super nur eine Schraube die die am Lenker befestigt Abzeige festzieht ist kaputt sie dreht sich weder rechts noch links
Da sie leider nicht nach Österreich liefern, war das ganze etwas mühsam. Das Fahrzeug ist soweit in Ordnung und macht bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Da ich einen kleinen Korb vorne und einen großen Korb hinten bestellt habe, ist eine Verlängerung des vorderen Lichtkabels erforderlich, welches sie beigelegt haben. Leider war es das falsche. Anschlüsse rot statt orange.

Durch Zufall bin ich auf ihre Firma gestoßen. Wir haben uns sehr schnell entschieden das Rad mit der großen Batterie zu kaufen. Da meine Frau schon vorher ein Dreirad hatte (ohne Batterie), war das Risiko gering nicht damit zurechtzukommen. Das Rad kam sehr gut verpackt nach wirklich kurzer Zeit bei uns an. Meine Frau kommt ausgezeichnet damit zurecht. Das das Rad einen Gashebel und Tempomat hat, haben wir bei der Bestellung nicht gesehen, welch eine freute als wir es gemerkt haben 😀. J'ai eu un peu de mal à le maîtriser il faut s'y habituer ce n'est pas un vélo mais une fois que vous avez confiance il va super bien et la batterie incroyable j'en suis très satisfaite super livraison rapide une semaine le montage facile avec les explications et surtout les cadeaux très apprécié merci encore
L'un des freins ne fonctionne pas. ( le service après vente répond très vite et m'en a renvoyé un. ) De plus je suis déçu car quelques jours après l'avoir acheté 1880€, j'ai constaté sur le site une baisse de 216€, 1673€ ca fait une différence quand même surtout pour le même article et ses avantages.

Bin bis jetzt ca 50km gefahren. Die Umstellung auf das Dreirad ging recht schnell. Die Gangschaltung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Bei Stufe 1 passiert nicht viel, Stufe 2 saust gleich auf 15 kmh. Ab Stufe 4 kann man nicht mehr mittreten, da ist das Handgas am besten. Aber mir fehlt noch die Fahrpraxis um alles zu verstehen. Insgesamt macht es viel Spaß zu fahren und ich kann trotz "Behinderung " Rad fahren.
Alles okay Scheibenbremsen hinten links musste ich neu einstellen hat gestreift
Einfach Top, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Excellent trike. Front basket broke off horn,mirrors ineffective and a tad low geared for me. Replaced front chainset ring from a 36t to 40t item,much better. No more ghost pedalling.Cargo baskets extremely useful. I have managed long rides out of 50 kms and more. Purchased a spare battery so no worries about range.Quite torquey on hills even with the raised gearing,will spin wheels accelerating on tight turns so you need to go easy. Generally only use the throttle to initially pull away and pedal from thereon. Can maintain 25kph comfortably in PAS 4,only use level 5 for big hills. Get lots of interest and admiring looks when I am out riding. Ideal for shopping and running errands due to the cargo baskets. Swapped the controller for the older model as I find it more ergonomic though you will lose indicator function. Perfect for over 50 folks like me with balance issues. Quite a heavy beast but the walk mode is a bonus. Lights are very good as are the fenders in the rain. Brakes are awesome now I have adjusted and cleaned the discs. No more squealing. Would recommend removing the fenders and tightening all the brackets to eliminate rattles.Overall very plesed with my purchase.

Tolles Trike. An den schnellen Übergang der einzelnen Speed Sufen muß man sich erst rantasten. Auch für Leute mit eingeschränkter Mobilität gut zu handhaben.

Ich habe das F20 Mate Haze Blue für meine Eltern bestellt, da beide weit über 70 sind und den 1km zum Supermarkt mit dem Rad fahren möchten, anstatt zu Fuß zu gehen oder mit dem Auto zu fahren. Das Dreirad kam in einer sehr großen und sehr schweren Kiste an und ich habe es anhand eines YouTube-Videos in 3 Stunden zusammengebaut. Die Gebrauchsanweisung hilft nicht wirklich, deswegen das Video. Leider steht nirgendwo wie man z.B. den Tageskilometerzähler wieder auf 0 setzt, oder wie man den vorderen Korb installiert, oder wie man das Rad bedient, z.B. die Gänge schaltet, usw. All das muss man selber herausfinden. Was ich nicht geschafft habe. Das Rad lässt sich leicht bewegen, aber schwer fahren. Will heißen, trotz der 43 kg kann man es leicht bewegen. Schwer fahren lässt es sich in Kurven und wenn die Straße eine Neigung nach links oder rechts hat, was meistens der Fall ist. Da muss man ordentlich gegenlenken und hoffen auf der Spur zu bleiben. Bin bisher nur 40km gefahren und habe immer noch nicht herausgefunden wie es sich am besten fährt und wie es funktioniert. Erst wenn ich so weit bin, werde ich es meinen Eltern geben. Die Bilder sind von der Reise von München nach Griechenland. Voll bepackt mit 5 Regionalzügen ging es vom Ostbahnhof nach Ancona und dann mit der Fähre nach Igoumenitsa. Von da auf dem Pickup nach Ioannina, wo es bleiben soll. Die Qualität scheint ziemlich gut zu sein und ich hoffe es hält. Auf jeden Fall ist es ein Hingucker und jedem gefällt's. Hab sehr viele Komplimente dafür bekommen.

2nd ride, we bought 2 fafrees 20 tricycle and have the Big basket in the rear and the smaler one on the front side and the front basket brokes the horn of both cycles. An error in the construction. It is very different to drive but up to now I would say it is what i looked for. I dont know how to use the bas level. Sometimes the bike climbs a hill, which is really steep with 28 km h and then on a very flat street i hardly reach 20 km h. So i have to learn. Unfortunately there is no such a net with the big basket then with the smal basket. So i have to Look for something for the big basket which helps me that nothing will fall through the big holes in the basket.

Ich bin mit dem dreirad , den heckkorb mit Zubehör sehr zufrieden,die Luftpumpe der schutz für das dreirad ist alles super. Über den front Korb kann ich leider nichts sagen da er bei meiner letzten Lieferung nicht dabei war. Aber alles andere ist spitzen mäßig.

la bicicletta è fatta molto bene, si percepisce una buona qualità costruttiva, la versione con tre freni a disco frena molto bene, comode le luci con lo stop e gli indicatori di direzione, il motore spinge bene e le salite non sono un problema, se si pedala e si va in modalità mista pedalata/elettrica si fanno tranquillamente oltre 100 km con una carica di batteria senza problemi. Non ci sono piaciuti gli specchietti retrovisori forniti, sono troppo rigidi ed ingombranti, li abbiamo sostituiti subito. Il colore blue haze è molto bello ma è delicato, nonostante gli imballi è arrivato con un paio di ammaccature e tende a saltare al minimo colpo specie sui parafanghi. Nel complesso ottimo trike per ora siamo soddisfatti dell' acquisto.

IT was unclear how the electric suport works, how change level of suport and how to ușe the handle of acceleration also the front wheel acel not seems right that the front fork is standing on the thread side of the shaft.
Als Lastenrad durchaus brauchbar. Allerdings ist ein 2. Akku unbedingt erforderlich, wenn man es ständig einsetzt, da die Ladezeiten doch erheblich sind. Die Abwicklung von Fehlteilen bei Lieferung ist allerdings sehr zeitaufwendig. Ansonsten sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und ein komfortabeles Ebike.
Einziger Mangel, ist die fehlende Gangschaltung.
Kam leider mit kaputten Schlauch bei mir an. Außerdem zieht das Rad nach links. Vielleicht kann man mir helfen? Auch habe ich keine Rechnung erhalten.
Das Trike geht ab wie Schmitt‘s Katze und macht richtig Spaß! Fahrverhalten muss geübt werden, besonders in Kurven ist es noch ungewohnt. Erst dachte ich, dass der große Korb hinten vielleicht zu schwer ist, aber der Motor zieht kraftvoll durch, so dass ich auch Hügel problemlos hoch komme. Nur bei der Bestellung muss ich einen Punkt abziehen, da keine Zulassungspapiere dabei waren, die für Deutschland nötig sind, da es wie ein Mofa fährt und ich momentan noch auf Feldwegen unterwegs bin.
