Payment

We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, VISA, and American Express.

We also support Klarna installment payments, allowing you to pay in flexible monthly installments where available. Availability of Klarna may vary by region.

If your credit card payment fails, please try the following steps:

  1. Ensure that your card supports international and online payments.

  2. Confirm that your billing address matches the address on your card.

  3. Try another browser or switch to PayPal for secure checkout.

  4. Contact your bank to verify that the transaction was not blocked for security reasons.

If you pay by credit card, your payment may occasionally be declined by the bank or our security system, which helps protect against possible credit card fraud.

If your payment is declined, please try one of the following solutions:

  1. Pay with PayPal/Klarna
    If you already have a PayPal/Klarna account, simply choose PayPal/Klarna at checkout.

  1. Use another credit/debit card
    Trying a different card may resolve the issue quickly.

  1. Pay by Credit/Debit Card via PayPal (No PayPal Account Required)
    Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay using your credit card through the PayPal gateway:

    • Step 1: Select PayPal at checkout.

    • Step 2: Click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” on the PayPal page.

    • Step 3: Enter your card details and complete the order.
      (No PayPal registration is required.)

  2. Bank Transfer Payment (Optional)

    If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at marketing@fafreesebike.com and let us know the products you would like to order. We will create and send you a pro forma invoice with the transfer details.

    Please note:

    • We will prepare and ship your order only after payment has been confirmed by our finance team.

    • Bank transfers typically take 3–7 business days to arrive, depending on your bank’s processing times.

    • If you do not mind the waiting time, you are welcome to choose this method.
